How We Design Your Website

Each Practice website we prepare is custom-designed, so you can be assured that yours will be designed exclusively for you. There will be no website templates used. We will build a unique website based on your design requirements and the services you want to promote. We'll combine this with our creative and technical flair and knowledge of what makes a Practice website successful.

Our approach to the design of your website follows a four stage process:

Stage 1: Initial Consultation

We will phone you to discuss the design and content of your website. Every website we design is unique and reflects both the ethos of your Practice and the services that you promote.

So that we can design a website that will accurately portray your Practice and one that will be used and valued by your Practice community, we ask you to let us know about the characteristics of your patient list, how you want your Practice to be portrayed, the local health issues, the services that you offer, especially those that are distinctive to your practice. We also ask you about other websites you consider well-designed and the reasons why you like them.

The design can be based on any preferences you have for colour, style, and existing images and logos.

Stage 2: Providing the textual content

So that we can put some initial text on your site, we ask you to send us some information about your practice and your services. This can be in the form of a Practice leaflet, newsletters, forms or any other documents about the Practice. It doesn't have to be complete at this stage as you can always add to the website later.

Stage 3: Website Design

Once we have had the initial discussion with you, and on receipt of your text our team can start working on the building of your site.

Stage 4: Working Preview

We will send you a working preview of your website in ten working days of receipt of the text for your site. This preview is only available for you to view, not the public. When you approve the design and content we make it available to the public.

What happens next?

Once your site is up and running, it is just the beginning of our relationship. You will want to add new sections and topics, make amendments, change text, add images and documents. We will always be available for ongoing support and we are there to make any changes, whether large or small.
